Interviewer     :  Hello Good afternoon, Can I ask you some questions ?

Ryan                :  Yes, I can answer some questions

Interviewer     : Thank you for taking the time. Ok, we all know Ryan, you're a CEO with a salary richest in America. Do you want it before?

Ryan               :  No, I don’t ever want it before, I like this job, I do it with enjoy and try to make new things. And that's where I feel worthy to be a CEO.

Interviewer     :  Your achievement non- academic better than academic, is it true?

Ryan               : Yes, It is true, I am not good in academic achievement, because I prefer to sporting activities and adventure. I always surf in the ocean every day.

Interviewer     : Ok, Why you choose college majors Visual Arts? Is it choice of your parents?

Ryan               :  No, It isn’t choice my parents. Actually, my parents are not very supportive of me. I chose the lecture at the University of California because it is close to the seas. I can satisfy hobby of surfing and makes me become a passion surfing.

Interviewer     :  Previously, you create the company only to make a camera strap, is it true?

Ryan               : Yes, It is true, my business is still only making strap for small size camera that can be use in the hand.

Inteviewer       :  Then, what inspiration you choose to produce a camera?

Ryan               : Not apart from surfing hobby, my vacation sometimes go to the beach in Australia and Bali Indonesia. When surfing, I always capture every moment with the camera kodak I tie in the arm. but, the camera is difficult to use, sometimes loose and hit my face. therefore I inspirational to make a tough camera that is easy to use in the body of the user when swimming or surfing.

Inteviewer       : A great inspiration, to make it, you must have additional capital. Where do you get that capital?

Ryan               : In Bali, I buy 600 souvenirs in bali at USD 1.9 per unit and I sell back in my hometown of USD 60. The money is become my initial capital in addition to borrow money from my mother.

Interviewer     : Great. You achieve success now, you must have the key to success. What is the key to your success?

Ryan               : The key to success is I always consider very important for a person to follow the passion in our lives. Because "Something can happen when you pursue a passion,".

Interviewer     : Look at your success in the production of cameras, Do you want to create something else?

Ryan               : No, I don’t want create something else, because now I want to develop products GoPro camera into the best camera in the world.
